In order to ensure equal opportunity in government business, all state contractors require bidders to solicit Minority & Women Business for any supplies and services they expect to subcontract for the project. To assist prime bidders in identifying these individuals, the database can be accessed by classification code (the discipline or area of service) i.e. Plumbing, Printing. This database is also beneficial to primes and M/WBEs in identifying others with whom to joint venture, network or mentor.
